• Profile Data: Information you choose to share, such as your profile photo, sports interests, and user reviews.
• Location Data: To power our Map Search feature, we collect precise or approximate location data from your mobile device with your permission.
• Communications: We collect the content of messages sent through our In-App Messaging feature to facilitate communication between athletes and coaches.
• Payment Data: If you pay for registrations, payments are processed by third-party providers. EYS Play does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We use the collected data to:

• Facilitate the discovery of sports teams and open registrations.
• Provide the Map Search functionality to show nearby opportunities.
• Enable messaging between sports seekers and organizations.
• Improve App performance and develop new features.

• With Other Users: Your profile information and reviews are visible to other users. When you message a coach or register for a team, that organization receives your contact details..

5. Your Privacy Choices and Controls

Location Services: You can opt-out of location tracking at any time through your device settings; however, this will disable the Map Search feature.

• Account Settings: You can update or delete your profile information within the App settings.
• Marketing Prefrences: You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by following the "unsubscribe" link provided in those messages.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile network is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

EYS Play is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.
